The U.S. dollar has been making some crazy moves this year.
The buck dropped 4% in January. It rallied 5% in February, only to give it all back in March.
The dollar flatlined in April. It popped 3% higher in the last two weeks in May. Then, it swan-dived 5% over the next five weeks. And, for the past month, the buck has put on a blistering 4% rally.
These are crazy moves for a currency. And, according to my friend and colleague Imre Gams, the moves are likely to be crazy for quite some time to come.
That’s good news, because that means traders will have lots of opportunities to profit in the currency market.
